AIRnet is the complete
piping network solution that delivers quality compressed air right where you
need it, from compressor to point of use.
Using the AIRnet compressed air piping system
allows you to "Connect our expertise to your productivity”. AIRnet
is a system of high quality aluminum pipes and a complete range of strong
and easy to assemble fittings. Quick installation is one of the key
benefits. Thanks to the light weight, easy to cut aluminum pipes and the
user friendly design of the fittings that do not require any welding or
gluing, AIRnet results in a fast and simple system that can be assembled by
less people, in less time. The quality and technical features of AIRnet are
also top of the line: low pressure drop, no risk of corrosion, reduced
turbulence and air circulation resistance, lowest risk of leakage, will all
help reduce needed maintenance and will keep energy costs as low as
possible. All of this is supported by a 10 year warranty.
AIRnet allows
you to optimise your compressed air installation to ensure minimal pressure
loss at the lowest operating cost. Innovation, flexibility and ease of
installation make AIRnet the cost effective choice over traditional systems
for all of your design and production requirements.

Airnet
Advantages

Pipes
With an extensive range
from 20mm - 80 mm and a vast array of fittings AIRnet is the ideal solution
to your next compressed air installation requirements. Anodized aluminum
pipe with polymer & aluminum fittings ensure your compressed air ring main
stays as clean and leak free as day one helping your system to stay as
energy efficient as possible.

The Aluminum pipe is
available in both 3 & 6 meter lengths in six popular sizes – 20mm - 25mm –
40mm – 50mm – 63mm – 80mm.
AIRnet
aluminium piping has a chromate - phosphate treatment which gives a great
corrosion resistance & the anodization of our aluminium fittings drastically
reduce corrosion and wear.

The advantages of using
AIRnet's aluminum pipes are many:
- Smooth surface
- Low friction factor
- Low pressure drop
- Corrosion free
- Lightweight
- Fast and easy to cut
Pre-painted

Fittings
The vast
range of AIRnet fittings include 90 elbows, 45 elbows, equal tees, un equal
tees, sockets, quick drop sadels, issolating valves, wall mounted outlet
ports BSP adaptor sockets. We have developed a Polymer moulding for the Ø
20 – 25 – 40 - 50 mm ( ¾” - 1” – 1” ½ - 2”) fittings & use anodized
aluminium on the larger Ø 63 – 80 mm ( 2” ½ - 3”) fittings.
All of the
fittings include a stainless steel griper & NBR
70SH
rubber
‘o’ ring together these ensure minimum leakage and maximum life.

AIRnet fittings are designed to reduce energy consumption
and to be easily installed.
- AIRnet fittings are
either aluminum or polimer, depending on the size.
- All fittings are
designed to ensure the lowest pressure drop.
- Simple assembly
method; insert the de-burred pipe and tighten the
nut on the fitting.

Accessories
Flexible hoses, couplings and a full range of connections
are only a few of the available accessories the AIRnet range
will provide
AIRnet accessories are
the perfect solution for connecting ancillary equipment
to the pipe network.
A complete range of accessories can be found in our
catalogue.
Tools
AIRnet comes with a full set of tools to
get the job done.
Spanners are used to lock the
fitting on the pipe.
Pipe cutters and de-burrers are
necessary to cut the pipe and insert
it in the fitting correctly.
Pipe markers, sliding fluids, drill
bits and other tools are necessary
to get the job done, quickly and
safely!

Software
Along with
the obvious spanners and de-buring tools we have some of the most
sophisticated yet easy to use computor based technology available in our
industry. The AIRnet quoter is the backbone of our software and includes
all items available incopretaing fast quotation tool provides an instant
quote from entering a minimall amount of imformation, the generated quote
includes assebely time and an order list.
With the DP
calculator we can ensure you are quoting the correct pipe and highlight the
reduction in both pressure drop and the wasted energy.
AIRnet Planner

Since most customers like to visualise their
future installation, and because we want to offer them the flexibility to
adjust, modify and validate their future installation, we have developed
unique 3D software to quote installation jobs.
More than just a presentation tool for our
end-users, the AIRnet Planner provides a detailed structure and calculates
the pressure drop in the system. Starting from the 3D design, the AIRnet
Planner creates the bill of material, specifies the exact number of pipes
needed, lists all required AIRnet fittings and calculates the assembly time.

Installation Material
After the
development of the pipe and fittings we needed to ensure
your AIRnet system was going to be installed to achieve
optimum performance. This involved comprehensive research
that has resulted in the range of mounting solutions we have
available today.
The AIRnet range includes a large variety of hanging
brackets to facilitate all possible assembly alternatives.
It is important to select the appropriate brackets to reduce
the required installation time.
A beam clamp, for
example, can be installed much faster than cantilever
arms fixed to concrete walls.
Three items are essential to hang pipes efficiently:
- Pipe clips
- M8 threaded rods or
T-bolts
- Hanging brackets
These can all be found in
our AIRnet range of products.
