Every Genesis is built with a generously sized dryer that provides you moisture free air at all times. All units are also equipped with an efficient filtration system that filters solid and liquid particles down to 0.1 micron. The result is simple: dry and clean air suitable for the majority of industrial applications.	The ideal positioning of all service items including oil/air filters, v-belts plus an external oil level indicator enable the ultimate in rapid convenient maintenance. The long service interval and smart maintenance kits make the user friendly experience even more complete.	The highly developed MC2 controller allows you easy access to the various menus and key performance and operational indicators. The MC2 features a remote control interface allowing the control/sequencing of up to four compressors. The maintenance plan, fault log and many other safety/control features are all available from the clear, simple to use MC2 controller.

A unique solution comprising the latest generation of screw compressor element, ecological, high efficiency filtration, dryer, zero loss drain all mounted on a 270 or 500 litre air receiver, ready to be installed and connected to the mains and air supply.

Each compressor is supplied complete with:

Refrigerant dryer (with R134A or R404a environmentally friendly refrigerant).
Final filter with filtration down to 0,1 micron.
Zero Loss Automatic condensate drain.
270 Lt. or 500 Lt Air receiver.

Soft start: reduces the electrical current required on start up, protecting the motor and reducing power consumption.

EMC Compliant: the system is fully protected to ensure no electromagnetic interference is present.

Constant pressure control adjustable between 6-13 bar: Constant pressure control with variable speed technology mean that we avoid over pressurisation and off load operation resulting in much lower power consumption.

High efficiency motor: the use of the EFF1 motors along with our variable speed technology means that all components have been optimised to provide you with the ultimate energy saving compressed air system.

Innovation
The new Genesis is a unique all encompassing compressed air station replacing the many individual components that comprise a traditional system, saving you valuable space. Low Noise Levels
With operating noise levels between 66db(A) and 74 dB(A) the Genesis compressor can be located directly into the working environment and nearer the point of use, creating a more comfortable workplace and reducing installation costs.

Reduced Maintenance
Special attention has been directed toward the ease of service in the design of the new Genesis compressor. Extended service intervals, quick and simple access to all components and the use of convenient �spin on� oil filter and air/oil separator allow for a minimum disruption and a reduction in maintenance costs.

Aesthetic Design
The Genesis is a hardworking industrial machine designed for heavy use, even so the design of the new Genesis means that it looks good. The proportional, clean and modern design of the new Genesis is attractive in any environment.

Installation
A traditional compressed air system comprising eight individual components can be replaced entirely with a single Genesis compressed air station. The unique Genesis concept is not only convenient but is also much simpler to install, easier to move and requires far less space when compared to a traditional system. A simple connection to a suitable power supply and to the compressed air network is all that is required to effect an immediate installation.

Air Quality
The new Genesis compressor has been deigned from the outset to provide clean compressed air in line with key environmental objectives. This means the Genesis runs cooler and cleaner than other compressors. In addition the Genesis is fitted with an efficient air treatment package comprising refrigerant dryer with R134a or R404a gas, high efficiency filtration and modular condensate drain. The compressed air provided by the Genesis is exceptionally clean and dry, suitable for hundreds of sophisticated applications throughout industry.
